Services / Pricing:

My service is based on a” fee plus groceries” system, rather than “all-inclusive”. I personally feel that this gives my clients the most freedom to choose whatever entrees they want and to have as much control as possible over the food costs. I do this rather than upcharge you for premium items such as beef tenderloin, lamb, and many fish/seafoods, etc. If you are trying to watch your budget, then we will work together to make entree selections that will make your dollars go as far as they can.

At the initial consultation, I will estimate the cost of the groceries for the first cookdate, based on your selections. The grocery deposit will be adjusted accordingly after the next few cookdates, once I see the types of selections you are making or if the quantities/portions change. Any balance left from the grocery deposit can be left for you the day I cook, or “held in escrow” for times that the grocery costs may go over the estimated amount. This reduces the need to send monthly invoices.

The following are “standard” package offerings. It gives us a place to start, but this is YOUR service, and I will customize it to your needs if you don’t see something here that works for you.

Chef fee includes: initial assessment, customized menu, personalized shopping, meal preparations, food packaging, heating instructions and clean up. Grocery costs can vary between $75–$125, depending on the number of entrees you choose and your entree selections (meat-based entrees are going to be more expensive than pasta entrees).

  • 4 entrees 4 servings of each entree = 16 servings Individual = 20 meals
    1 soup 8-10 cups Couple = 10 meals
    3 side dishes 4 servings of each side dish = 12 servings Family / 4 = 5 meals
    1 dessert or bread 4+ servings

    $300 + groceries.
  • " B" Plan :
  • 4 entrees 4 servings of each entree  = 16 servings Individual = 16 meals
    3 side dishes 4 servings of each side dish = 12 servings Couple = 8 meals
    1 dessert or bread 4+ servings Family / 4 = 4 meals

  • " C" Plan :
  • 3 entrees 4 servings of each entree = 12 servings Individual = 16 meals
    1 soup 8-10 cups Couple = 8 meals
    3 side dishes 4 servings of each side dish = 12 servings Family / 4 = 4 meals

    $250 + groceries
  • " Starter" :
  • 3 entrees 4 servings of each entree  = 12 servings Individual = 12 meals
    3 side dishes 4 servings of each side dish = 12 servings Couple = 6 meals
        Family / 4 = 3 meals
     
    Price:
    $200 + groceries
  • Casserole Service :

    5 casseroles which serve 4-6 people each; no sides.
    Price: $275 includes groceries.

Note: Extra sides-add $10 per side; a side can be substituted for the dessert/bread--no price change. A soup / stew is / can be considered and entree. I can also provide “entree only” plans if you prefer to prepare your own fresh sides--reduce fee by $25

Payment / Cancellation Policy. Chef fee and grocery deposit are due in full prior to date of service; cancellation notice must be received 4 days prior to event or a $50 cancellation fee will be charged (see Service Agreement). Clients outside standard service area charged $25 travel fee per cookdate.

Dinner Parties / Intimate Gatherings / Interactive Cooking Parties. Please call for a personalized quote.

Gift Certificates. Select one of the above plans (food cost will be estimated and added) or a dollar amount in $25 increments that can be applied towards a cookdate, dinner party or cooking party.
